- Client will provide sixty days worth of pay advices [paycheck stubs] if
she has a
regular source of income, along with a copy of her most recent federal
personal
income tax return with her social security number mostly blotted out.
- Client‘s petition, schedules, and statements relating to the case will
be uploaded
to the appropriate court and the case number and post-filing instructions
provided to you on your private MyCase online contact page.
